Elissa is a registered NDIS behaviour support practitioner with Microboards Australia. She is based in Bundaberg Queensland and has recently joined the Microboards team as her values and support approaches are closely aligned.
Elissa has been providing private and NDIS support for families, people and support networks through parent counselling and psychosocial support services in her regional area for 5 years. She is now extending her experience and scope to provide support through Positive Behaviour Support Services.
Elissa has a special interest in supporting children and young people, focussing on building strong, trusting relationships that help people feel seen, heard, and safe.
